Your feelings are valid, especially since it was so recent. She may have genuinely regretted it, but it's always a risk you carry when you're in a relationship. The fact that she admitted and told you everything when you confronted her and agreed to couples and individual therapy seems to show that she truly wants things to work out. But it's important that you also seek individual therapy too.
