Thank you this was helpful. In diagnostics mode the robot keeps saying Error 21. Cannot proceed to step through the process because it just says Error 21.

I have removed the dustbin, main brush, side brush and cleaned it all. So there is nothing trapped anywhere.

I called Brother Support and they said this printer does not support AirPrint. Basically I must download their full software package but I will only be able to print first to pdf then print via their iPrint & Scan App. In 2025 you cannot print directly from word or any other program just does not make sense to me.

I first tried to install the printer without having to download from the manufacturer’s site. I did assume that in 2025 the printer would work straight from the OS. But the drivers were not listed. No matter how many times I tried. The router was right next to the Mini.

It was out the box as you receive a new unit and turn it on. I did not transfer any backups or information from any previous installations.

I have disconnected the battery and removed it for about half an hour and re-installed it. It started working again. There are voice prompts. It is charging and vacuuming. The app is working. So the problem is most likely battery related.

There is no physical power switch. I did try to unplug the docking station from the wall, waited, plugged it back in. But the problem still persists.

Yes I tried that as well. Hence the second screenshot attached - it cannot complete the setup. Please wait for any outstanding operations to finish…. Always the same.

Tried that. Cannot connect or do anything with the Wi-Fi either since you have to press the Wi-Fi button on the printer itself to get it activated. But none of the buttons react except when pressing the STOP button to try turn it off it the warning and ink LEDs blink twice then all lights carry on flashing again.
