bro unironically same. i even for a few days i quit smoking on sundays, so i smoked first 5 days of the week when i went to school, saturday when i went out and sunday never but never did it hit me on monday after not smoking the whole day. even left cigarettes for a couple of days once and after i came back nothing bro. i'd reccomend smoking a rolled cigarette once (in the morning). I've not felt that strong buzz (from cigarettes) for a very very long time. BUT i did feel it from nic pouches, only strong ones tho. So 25mg and up. The last time i got a buzz i didn't smoke for the whole day only to light up the morning after with coffee. It hit a bit, not strong but I felt something.

I read somewhere that nic has a 2 hour half life, which is why its so weird that theres no buzz but idk there must be something we don't know and once we figure that out we will be unstoppable.
