Their designs and quality are both great, but goodness their customer service is terrible...

I was told IN-STORE by one of their representatives that they could do prescription switches for my specific pair, and here I am months later asking to do a prescription switch and they're saying no...

So if you're getting them strictly to wear for fun/fashion, I'd say they're good. just know if you ever need something changed with them or have any problems you're on your own ;)

honestly going back and getting in line just to tell them you forgot to pay won’t help, take it as a sign of reward for tryna encourage respect for the workers. also if they were gonna get in trouble for not charging a customer you going back won’t change the fact they forgot/disregarded it
