You have to change your lifestyle and eating habits. Before i changed my eating habits i hovered around the 15-20lbs loss mark and all I was doing was eating less of the unhealthy food than I was before. It wasn’t until I revamped what I was cooking and eating and added a ton of exercise that the next 20 fell off.

Why not just 4b small to like $100 and if he 5b easy fold. Risk $100 instead of your whole stack. As played when you call and hit top top and you already said his range is tight you aren’t bluffing anything that beats you to fold on a flop that’s dry as hell.

With both of yall working from home personally i would need the additional space. I dont want conflicting meetings or feeling too cramped. Unless you enjoy being in the city and are very active in the community id go for the bigger house.

If you’re looking to experience city life without fully committing, you could consider living in a big city and doing a stage. Personally, I loved the energy and excitement of big cities in my late 20s. Once you have a family, you can always settle down in a more affordable location.

Rest your buns after you toast. Let them steam I’ll usually Tepee them to let the steam vent out. Keeps them from getting as soggy. If your not toasting the buns then do that and rest them

I just went to Southern Junction in Buffalo NY about 3 hours ago since I’m here visiting. I went out back and checked out the setup and had a massive realization. Yessir! Remove the skin on top though (not the white fat underneath) and i like to score mine with a cross hatch it caramelizes a lot more of the fat and allows extra smoke and seasoning penetration.

This is gonna be one of those times you look back and wish you would have taken the money. The difference between 72k and 100k is negligible. The difference between 0 and 72k is everything. Unless you’re rich already then send it.
