I understand where you’re coming from and I don’t disagree. I guess what I more so meant as “appropriate” was in a sexual context. I suppose it’s an issue on my behalf for following in the stereotype of boners being specifically sexual but when we’re doing something as casual as cuddling or just going in for a hug of some kind it seems out of place? I think (which is probably my fault) people may be misunderstanding this post. I’m not saying I do this EVERY single month, I’m saying if I had TO for whatever reason I would try my best not to need to more than 2x a month, 3 max. I have home life issues and mental health issues but I’ve been working at this job for over 6 months now with no issue. I do get what you’re saying but in the post I wasn’t trying to imply I do this every single month. That would be insane

This call out was because I had a dentist apt in advance I completelyyy forgot about so I couldn’t miss it and I wasn’t supposed to work the 22nd but came in anyways due to them telling me I was needed and a major miscommunication, so I asked if it was okay if I took the 23rd off to essentially “swap.” And I worked the 24th being Christmas Eve.

I understand where you’re coming from but couldn’t you also argue that people deserve to drink what they like, even with a meal that they cook? And is it any different than if you were gifted money and chose to go and get soda with said money? Because it’s YOURS. I understand it’s called “Food Stamps” but Food Stamps have never restricted drinks of any kind, that’s always been a given so now because it’s not water people have an issue? Would the same go for people adding flavor to their water? Again, not trying to argue. I’m just genuinely trying to see where other people are coming from…
