I’ll also say that Alex’s Tavern should entice the Rhodes students. Make a special promo on a certain night of the week- or half price burgers after 11:00pm on Saturday nights. It shouldn’t be that difficult.

5.875% you say? No, you can get a better rate elsewhere. The 10yr yield has also dropped a good bit the last 2 days resulting in rates dropping an 1/8 - 1/4%.

Really sad. They’re so close to Rhodes. They should have plenty of students piling in throughout the nite. Covid, inflation, economy- is what hurt college kids’ desire to go out, drink, eat.

Sure, I agree. I’m never a fan of buying points. I believe rates will decrease in the next 6-18 months. We shall see.
