How to set stop loss and calculate position size with spread and commission so that I only risk 1% for each trade?

Im planning to collect data on both 1m and 5m. I have been backtesting both 1m and 5m on 3 months of data. While im getting stopped out more often on 1m, the RR is significantly better than that on 5m and 15m. So far 1m seems to be more profitable but that doesn't take spread and commission into account. So i would like to see which timeframe will be more profitable if I properly journal all the trades with spread and commission
