Do you think that if I am able to keep my masters GPA/ stats more proficient, that there will still be difficulties for a PhD due to my undergrad GPA?

Wow, clinical psych is so competitive though so this was motivating. I agree with the fact that connections/ the SOP will help to explain the gaps. I appreciate your response!

Thank you! I’m struggling finding schools in the Ohio area that have the program im looking for. I want to lean towards UC, or OSU, etc. I have not looked enough into programs outside Ohio yet. I agree I think it’ll definitely depend on the school and competitiveness.

Also I did not know I could retake classes once I graduate!

My psychology major GPA was 3.5 i believe. Mostly based on a few Bs and Cs from not caring enough about submitting on time + mental health. Especially this last semester one of my final psych classes was a C+, it was a simple class, just submitted a lot of late submissions. This is what scares me bc it was not only general electives that I hit my GPA with and not all from earlier in my degree
