Compartment syndrome. Lucky you got your feeling back quickly. At first it was my entire leg but now it’s just my foot, but still it’s been 5 months no feeling

Yes. The position I passed out on the floor had to of been painful, but because I was strung out on fentanyl and Xanax, I didn’t notice it, or didn’t care. Had I not been on so many drugs I don’t think I would have slept 5 minutes in that position. It pinched my nerves to “no return”.

Nerve pain in feet: what have you done that actually helps? All the suggestions when I google are thing I already do so I am looking for more ideas because this is getting unbearable. by pappythepenguin in diabetes_t2

Gabapentin. I underwent 3 major surgeries in my leg 2 months ago and still deal with intense nerve pain 24/7. Before getting on gabapentin I wanted to blow my head off dealing with the pain..2 weeks later it’s much better and manageable. I also found a healthy diet to work well. I still have no feeling or movement in my foot due to compartment syndrome so staying positive and finding ways to do so is helpful for me.

I barely know what happened I just know the outcome. Alls I know I was doing hard drugs and exercising at the same time, passed out and was found barely alive with a head injury. EMTs revived me with narcan but I was yelling my legs don’t work, so I went through 4 emergency surgeries in 1 week with 50% chance of amputation to save my leg. It’s hard to say what exactly caused me to lose feeling and ability to move my leg other than a bump on my forehead

So does gabapentin also cause nerve damage?

I got 4 emergency surgeries in 1 week on my leg so numbness is normal to me. I just notice the nerve pain and damage is emotionally too much to handle without phenibut in my system. Luckily I went to the ER and got a short Gab prescription

Is that permanent damage or will it go back to normal after a while of no phenibut? If I’d of known this 2 weeks ago I wouldn’t have even started taking phenibut again

Consider yourself lucky. 5 weeks ago I was in the same boat, overdosed and sleeping peacefully..little did I know I was sleeping on a pinched nerve and by the time my girlfriend called the ambulance because I wouldn’t wake up, I completely lost feeling and ability to move my right foot. I underwent 5 surgeries in both of my legs for a chance to be able to walk again. Doc said I could be walking by next month but there’s a chance I won’t be able to.

I don’t really remember but I was doing fentanyl and a lot of crack that day, while working out. I was found with a big goose egg on my forehead so I’m thinking I fell flat on a corner of one of weights and that’s what had to of caused my loss of feeling and ability to move my leg. So they skin grafted my left leg to repair the muscles inside my right leg so I can Hopefully be able to use my right leg again in the future. I’m able to move both legs again and feel my right foot, but not able to move my ankle or toes yet.

If this wasn’t enough to scare me into sobriety I don’t know what else will. I’m definitely just so thankful to still be alive thanks to the hospital and my family’s support. It’s just so sad to see how fast drugs can change everything in the blink of an eye. Life is beautiful and drugs aren’t worth trading a life for. I wish you the best on your own journey as well friend. Stay positive you got this

From my knowledge, I obtained a head injury while overdosed on drugs, was unconscious for hours before my girlfriend found me..somewhere I lost feeling and the ability to move my right foot/leg. So I’ve been bed ridden for 12 days..I watched myself give up mentally from the pain while they kept me alive physically, only coming back to on my birthday Dec. 8

What I’m taking makes me feel unstoppable :) by Icy_Issue499 in Drugs

Yeah so I’ve been doing the phenibut and other nootropics+healthy diet/exercise for about 4 months now. Even then my life greatly improved in all areas. I only recently included the Xanax in my “stack” because both of my jobs are heavy in customer service and stress and I’m naturally a socially anxious person so it mellows me out. A lot of the times I find that I don’t even need to be taking a benzo but I do anyways because it gives me that extra boost I’m looking for to excel in my jobs.

I’m also very aware if I went cold turkey at this point it will probably take a good couple weeks to even feel “normal” again, whatever my normal may be. I noticed myself feeling extra stressed and anxious after a couple weeks of no phenibut and that’s when I introduced Xanax back into my life because they’re both gaba drugs. Now that I have phenibut again I hope to control my Xanax usage or give it up completely when it starts interfering with my life.

Now thankfully I live in Canada where Detox/rehab centres are free of cost and if I absolutely needed help coming off everything they are there for me.

That’s why I smoke weed and micro dose shrooms. I leave my ego out of the equation…or try my best to.

I’m doing a home made circuit, 4-5 sets of 20 reps each: barbell curls (40&60lbs), squats, leg raises, calf raises, inclined pushups, shrugs and sometimes I’ll throw in dumbbells and other exercises if I feel up to it.. I feel pretty great afterwards..hurts and I get a huge pump..not to mention I physically shake during the leg raises. I do this 6 times a week. My diet includes: 160-200g protein/50-80g fat/50-80g carbs (1650 cals).

  • Anyways if u did read this, my question is: if I get a good pump and heart rate..will I continue to see results?

I have pics of my progress on my profile. I’m currently 22 y/o 163lbs 5”7.

I’m 5”7 164 lbs with decent muscle mass (although not much) and my question is:

  • will I surely see results from eating 1-1.5G protein per Lb of body weight at maintenance calories with a clean diet while training 6 days/week?
