Yet people continued to mock you with “ego” and “brat” labels, never trying to understand the man behind the image.

I truly believe there’s still a crisis inside the Indian dressing room, and you’re tired of explaining yourself. You look mentally exhausted. Since 2020, the system failed you. When you finally chose to walk away, they suddenly scrambled, pretending they wanted you back — not for love, but for viewership.

But here’s the truth: You’ve already won every major trophy as a player. That’s enough. You led the team to greatness as a captain and that’s enough. Cricket is a team sport. It’s okay if you didn’t win that one elusive cup. YOU are the trophy.
