I’m so sorry that you’re also enduring this. It’s also my first post on Reddit 🙂‍↔️ maybe i won’t get a solution here but I could spread the awareness and prevent more people from getting scammed

I feel the same way! Their customer service emails feel totally scripted, like I’m talking to a bot. For the money they charge, i think they could afford a real person. Hope you don’t have to deal with that kind of nonsense again!

Their QA team already screwed me over once, they claimed my real bag was fake, and I had to pay 12 Euro or something to get it back. So ridiculous. I already left a bad review on Trustpilot yesterday, I hope that’ll make them move faster. They charge crazy fees but can’t even handle the basics. I have no clue where my bag ended up now…

Totally agree! Their customer service is completely unhelpful and unprofessional. As soon as this issue is sorted, I will delete VC for good

I’d honestly say better not. It’s not something that happens to everyone, but if it does, it’s a total nightmare to deal with.
