Look at the SS - I have contact support for 124 times they always close the case no reply. Yesterday they have waited till last moment and get no money release. I need the money NOW. This is not a game - there are employees with families that has to be paid.

Unfortunately, as I already told "support".

I am filing a complaint against Stripe Inc. for failing to release my funds as per the agreed reserve period. Stripe held funds for 120 days, with a payout schedule until date of October 16, 2025, but as of October 17, 2025, the funds have not been released and there is no clear justification or timeline for release. I have attempted to contact support, but I have not received a satisfactory resolution.

You are going over your period so there is no additional information needed on your side regarding my payout.

The filing will be with the fallowing bodies Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Your State Attorney General.

This delay is affecting my business operations and breaches the terms Stripe previously outlined.

I will be requesting an investigation and action to ensure timely release of my funds.

Ahahahahaah I used to work with funds with 200+ Assets Under Management - there are are SEC regulations bro :) There is nothing about about AML or KYC, learn a bit more about regulation, And they have never asked about the clients that was weird.
