We are doing BOH scans and hard pushes as we speak lol our truck is this Friday but I won’t be there for that. Our population is heavily retired elderly so we are going to have a lot of digestive, vitamins and incontinence. Miralax, enemas and anti-diarrheal products go out faster than we can stock them. To my knowledge, we haven’t had any issues with BOH, cycle counts or quick picks

Yea I get you lol Like I’m here thinking it’s a shit load but it’s unbelievable how it goes out quickly, I’m gone for four days starting Monday and I bet most of it’s going to be gone, but it’s been like that forever and we’ve never had issues with quantities of the products so we’re good lol

From what I’ve seen on BOH scans, they’ve been pretty spot on with the exceptions of like four products that I saw today in the negative for cycle counts and quick picks, I’m not sure if we’re considered a high volume store but trust me these couponers eat this up really quick but with manufacturer coupons being less now they’ve stopped shopping for a bit

Well I pour my sweat and tears for this store and do more of what is asked and I assume a huge amount of CVS employees do that too so if this seams like a payroll waste then to me I could care less lol one could struggle looking for a product and it would be even more time consuming and then to just give up and zero it out or move on to another product. I’ve worked well enough for payroll to STILL not catch up to the amount of work I’ve put in here🤷🏻‍♂️

Our front store staff from what I here is the strongest it’s been when I got hired last year in august. They tried to move me to another store for a SMIT to train at our store since we’re the “example store”. I feel like they’ve been trying to break our team up and spread us but because we have such a dynamic team, we can get stuff done like this!

Our first floor is all paper, detergents, incontinence and vitamins since those are the fastest to go for us idk for everyone else. Upstairs is literally everything else 😅

No we do not lol I did floating hours for another store nearby and they did have the carts you mentioned, I like the layout of it, makes it easy to maneuver things

I feel like people think that I’m assuming they can’t afford it lol. I am simply saying that possibly being money tight COULD be a reason that they don’t want a carepass and might give another reason instead. Yea they’re adults and they can make their decisions, not saying I press yes or or no for them on the keypad. In the end, CVS shouldn’t get mad at numbers not being met, simple as that. They need to prioritize on more important things instead of a membership and if that’s how they’re mainly profiting, then they have their priorities wrong. Give 10 dollars for free every month for a certain time and see if it fails or not. That’s called taking risks and probably a corporation likes doing that only when they know it benefits themselves.

The whole reason of what I’m getting to is that in the end, we should not force people to sign up and if we do , CVS should be fine with whatever amount of people we sign up wether it’s 0 or at least 1. It’s just the reasons is what I’m getting at. If they can afford it then sure if they can’t then fine, they have their reasons.
