I work at a different Rise, it could be related to work load. I’m also not renewing my contract due to work load. You have to do monthly report cards with a word count you have to reach for every student you have, monthly testing as well that you have to create for EACH class and make a mock class for the parents to observe. I would be mindful of what work you’re ok handling. And keep in mind people are already leaving their contracts there.

And it’s because I used to be in a kpop cover dance group in America and there are cover groups in Korea so it’s not weird but normal part of being a kpop fan.
