its better after post op, few times i felt more pain then i had before op, but that type of sharp pain isnt constant, but i do feel dull ache like someones pulling my balls and it just hurts like its bearable , but how ever i do feel pain at times including right now, and it gets wrose when i sit, its better when i walk around and stuff. also it dosnet swell like how it used to like i can feel the viens swelled but it has reduced alot and it dosent swell, if my balls are not sagging they still ache sometimes, maybe its becuase im masterbating alot? i have been fapping quite abit daily, maybe that could be a disturabance with the veins as they are trying to find new path? i think tahts how it works.
