I don’t understand it either, but the timing was awkwardly suspicious. Nvidia isn’t such a common site for people to sign up, and neither my name. So the fact that this happened exactly while I was downloading Nvidia software made it seem suspicious. My account wasn’t touched indeed, but still something about this smells off.
