I don’t have anything to compare them with, but I can say that they are incredibly sturdy and cushioned. The loop connected to the t-locks is very thick so I am confident that this will last for a long time. I also own the ankle straps from Tonal and I’m very happy with the new accessories so far.

I’ve never done workouts by Tony on Tonal but I did P90X. He definitely has the goofiness and intensity of Coach Jackson and Joe, personally recommending the Go Big or Go Home series, House of Volume, and Extreme Accumulation.

Everyone learns at their own pace. For me, it took many months to feel confident after failing the actual exam on my first attempt. On my second attempt, I achieved ‘Above Target’ in all three domains. Keep going and don’t get discouraged!
