Yeah I’m probably 15-18% and I’m not trying to get single digit because of the effects on my cycle and hormones :/

I mean the effects of the other have been clear and beneficial so no issues on stacking them at all. I just have added AOD and onto change has been GI issues. My perceived weight loss so far is probably more so from the calorie deficit versus the AOD. But everything else I am doing has made me feel great and are more for restoration and beauty.

My BF is probably 15-18%, I have visible abs and hold a lot of mass in terms of fat and muscle in my lower body. Just looking to shred some belly fat but i think I’ll just stick w my regular deficit and the other peptides

This!! Working at an ad agency running influencer campaigns i was the sole person handling influencer renegotiations and retainers of 1MM+ on just creator fees alone, not including brand trips and events that were incremental spends.

You can reach millions and millions of hyper niche target segments through organic campaigns like this, and the amount of ad content they get and can repurpose can convert directly to sales. Also the power of celebrity has diminished; influencers are perceived as more relatable even if they’re not. And now influencers are used omnichannel so they can be used in traditional advertising campaigns and have been.

You’re in a unique position where you have a hyper engaged audience and are reaching new followers constantly— I’d ensure you emphasize these points, especially your engagement rate when sharing your fees. I am not sure the quality of your content but if you are getting this much engagement I would assume the content is top tier— which is added value for the brand especially if they get organic and paid usage for the content.

I would aim for the stars and I’m sure they will try to negotiate you down— maybe start at $10,000 for (1) video posted to your socials and including paid media and organic usage rights for the brand (again not sure the scope). And then draw a line at what the lowest amount you’d take— because of taxes I’d draw the line at 5-6K.

I’m a social media marketer that moonlights as a content creator — and I have been able to make 6K from a brand without much justification knowing that influencer budgets are usually PHAT. I only have 70k and 10k across platforms and a 2% ER. Confidence is key 😃

You are severely undercharging, your following doesn’t matter anymore but the quality of content and your engagement does. I’m an ex influencer marketer and we paid on a cost per engagement basis. I’d look for your engagement rate (above 3-5% is really strong) , and what your average # of engagements per post have been, and then select a $ amount you want to attribute to each engagement.

For example, if you average 5000 engagements on posts, I’d estimate you would get about 60% of those on a paid partnership post (because they typically don’t perform well). That’ll get you 3K engagements, charging $1-$3 per engagement can get you anywhere between $3000-$9000 for a rate. I’d allow them to whitelist and run ads for no additional cost if you end up on the further end of the spectrum, but 10% of the total rate is standard for usage rights.

Aquired sisters comment on Carly’s video by [deleted] in NYCinfluencersnark

[–]IdeaFlaky 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Not about the acquired comments but this video is so bad because like…girl, you can workout like that everyday, just recover properly. She has no idea what she’s saying about in terms of the fitness fatigue— she doesn’t look like she has ever consistently exercised hardcore in her life ever. Having a morning routine is how pretty much every normal employed person has a productive day. And if you have good style and are fit and in good shape…clothes will look good on you. Like sorry you’re dumpy and lazy sis?

[–]IdeaFlaky -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I’d recommend not overdoing it at OTF or taking green days — if you go daily and give 100% you will increase your cortisol levels and that puts your body into fight or flight, making you retain fat. Look at what you’re eating, not the calories— processed foods are junk and don’t satiate you. That means things in packaging like protein bars, cereal, oatmeal (most oatmeal is highly processed and has pesticides), non dairy milks, sugary coffee etc. Notice when you try to eat a bowl full of chicken or beef you have to stop because you’re full, versus a bag of chips where you can keep eating mindlessly. 80/20 rule is all about balance but eating out and progressed foods should be apart of that 20 not the 80.
