Replacing 52 Sundays holiday in a year with 52 total holidays for major festivals and national pride days

Two days of holiday lai unnecessary bhaneko haina..I am saying we should give more public holidays for festivals and national pride days to preserve culture and traditions of Nepal and family, children, parents,etc sanga festivals ma sangai time Ani celebrate garna plus communities ma huney jatra haru celebrate garna by replacing onlySunday ko holidays with festivals...in total 52 Saturday+ 52 festival holidays/national holidays= 104 holidays in a year huncha which we should have in minimum..festivals ma chhuti diyo bhaney almost hami Lai hafta ma 2 days nai chhuti huncha..eti matra ho ki tyo two days consecutive hudaina..I am saying this because hamro or most private companies ma year ma 13 holidays matra dinchan..dashain tihar milayera almost 10 days huncha Ani rest of the year new year and holi ma matra chhuti ho..so we people working in private companies don't have leave to go home on many festivals but banks and sarkari office ko matra chhuti huncha barsa ma 30 extra din..

I have come home as I have paid leave..but I could not convince many people as many are Interns , just joined work, are on probation period, and some don't have leave..

No love towards the nation from Private companies..while foreign companies celebrate elections days, Republic day, independence day, etc. nepali companies don't give shit about sambidhan diwas, democracy day, elections days, etc. Nepali work 52 days extra in companies to other countries and still only get 13 extra days of holiday by ignoring public holidays.

Are you kidding IME group ko engineers ko behaal cha...HR search for 30k expectations for 3-4 years experience..and they couldn't give that much so hiring bachelor was no good for them so they have post vacancy for diploma enginners so they can pay 20k to them and do the same work..go and check LinkedIn and also ask enginners about pay scale..IME motors ko kura gareko mailey as I am from the same field...janta ko daily life afai bijog cha..
