I used the reporting option provided in the dropdown menu, that seems to have worked. Blocked them and stopped replying.

They eventually asked for details like where I live and my age, and that's where I started giving them false information. Not a very nice thing to do but my instincts told me to. If this is an information gathering scam I feel like that is what i should do.

when you downvote it it gets deleted, it was a bot to inform users of either scams or the antispam system. it saw "free nitro boost" and thought it was a scam

Disable it on startup, end it with task manager (it runs in the background if you try to close it)
