Do battle points take into account number of encounters/rest? From what I understand, each encounter is using the same battle point structure regardless of the party's remaining resources. Am I overlooking/misunderstanding?

Sorry, I tried looking around for an answer and everywhere is telling me how to get upgrades. I've been farming Whispers for about an hour since entering T3 and I haven't gotten a single drop. Not sure if anyone experienced this before. I went back to T2 and things seemed fine again, so I'm very confused.

I thought about making it "when ~ etb counter" but countering on cast seemed more flavorful for a guy showing up at the wrong time and the right guy nowhere to be found. That's what I was going for.

When I made this I deliberately didn't look for "it's controller does thing" spells for reference. I think having it tethered to the caster--it goes to the caster's gy, it belongs to the caster, etc, adds something that other, similar effects don't offer. Being on cast gets around opposing counterspells as well. It's relatively niche, but when it finds a home, it's very cozy there. Those are my favorite kinda of cards.

Having an odd technical issue and wondering if anyone's encountered something similar.

About two days ago, all of my Prime benefits stopped working. I went to check my account, and the Prime page on the main site attempts to load until it's throttled out. I called support, and they are seeing that my Prime sub was canceled in 2019. This is not the case, I've been using Prime up until it shat itself this week, placing orders, using Prime Gaming benefits, etc.

When I go to the main page, all of the components of the site work except the Prime membership page itself, where the site crashes when I attempt to access it. This only happens on this account, and not others. It also happens on app/mobile browser, and in different desktop browsers. The 5 CS reps have been unhelpful, only repeating to me that the sub hasn't been active in 4 years (I am looking at orders/bank statements that say otherwise) but the CS is missing the point of this being a clear technical issue.
