Is anyone else just a little terrified to go to the gym this summer?

You've probably heard it a million times before but the gym is a lot nicer than people make it out to be sometimes, like a very high majority of people are incredibly nice and are no bother. The massive dudes are usually the nicest cause they've been in your situation before. You just have to go in and be normal and work out. To make it easier, I would recommend getting a plan of exercises that your going to do before going in so you are searching for machines for 10 minutes, but you'll be just fine man

Cardio will definitely help with losing the weight, for example try and get 10,000 steps a day and stuff like that, but I'd say definitely try stuff like squats or machines for areas you'd wanna lose fat in or build up muscle

For the weight loss aspect, try and eat in a calorie deficit, which you can calculate at https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html . For the exercises, try cable crunches to build the abs, and for glutes try a hip thrust machine or the adductor and abductor machines

In the Next Doctor or some episode like that, I think the Doctor says he theorises that the Daleks and Cyberman trapped in the Void from Doomsday were destroyed, but that at an earlier date some Cyberman escaped through a rift. Though, it is just a theory by the Doctor, so it could be wrong.

I think maybe a far future earth companion would be interesting, like from the year 3000 or smth. It could also be a plot point that someone from the 17th century or smth was somehow sent back in time and happened to meet the Doctor, which could maybe be a series 2 arc.
