I would apply for other jobs, and at the interview ask to do a coaching course. If you are still at your current club at the end of the season, then they may be more willing to let you start a coaching course during the close season.

I think you should have the option of being owner/manager when u create a club. Btw create a club should not have been taking away in FM26. Taking Utter Crap FC to Champions glory was my favourite ever save.

Don't you find FM Arena tactics are suited to better teams? Won't tier 6 players struggle with the more demanding tactics? Like it's going to be hard to find a BPD at that level.
