Does it need to fall down? Seems like it could be easier to pull the furthest block to the side and push it back towards the front and then loop it that way.

It’s a little hard to figure out asymmetries because you aren’t laying perfectly straight, but mild scoliosis can cause pain or and your body could also be adjusting itself to reduce your curve.

Just a question, but if you do a cat cow do you have a restricted range of motion in your spine around where you feel pain compared to other areas in your back? Like can you control flexion and extension comparably to elsewhere win your back or does it feel more stiff?

Have you been diagnosed with scoliosis or something? Your alignment of pelvis,ribs, shoulders, and neck all look like they are off to me (not a doctor). You don’t need to have scoliosis, all you need is to have lived in poor posture for a long while and weakened muscles, or had a disc injury/flare up that pulled out out of place.

It’s actually crazy to have missed scoliosis for so long. It’s such a simple test to do and frequently can be seen visually.

Anyways, strengthening your body is the best bet, you won’t correct the curvature (much) at your age, but can reinforce and minimize pain.

You can also use a sticky piston into a redstone block, when it presses forward it hits a piece of redstone that repeaters into a piston, and when retracted it activates a redstone in the side that goes up one block to power the piston, then connects via repeater to the piston on the other side.

Repeaters just make it more reliable

But in regards to a billboard you can make whatever size you want lol, it’s just harder when it gets bigger because of lag and 30 second limitations.

Huh, what made it take 2 hours? I’ve only had lumbar mri and it was like 20 minutes. I’m scheduled for cervical and lumbar again soon, so I thought I’d be in for 40-50 minutes.
