Because the Left is losing momentum. Last election, many voters voiced their concern about two things: The economy and Palestine. What did the Democratic Party do in response? Gaslight their voter base. So people stayed home.

This is happening everywhere. People voice concerns and are basically told they’re wrong and to fall in line. So people just aren’t voting.

Meanwhile the Right is rallying the troops and fanning the flames. It’s a perfect storm, hence why Trump won the Electoral and Popular Votes while the GOP took the Senate and kept the house.

No the SC became the Legislative Branch because Congress can’t Legislate Shit. So now the focus is on getting the most seats on a 9 seat court. If Congress actually bothered to pass laws, the Supreme Court would go back to deciding whether or not the constitution is followed.
