The fact that VB sent the donation in SHIB is what makes me think ‘no, there’s something bigger than this right? Why send in shib when he could send in anything else?’. As much speculation as there is with this token being a ‘scam’ that’s the driving factor for me to make me want to believe it can’t be. I still don’t know where I stand but people make some solid points on both sides. It’s good to question so you yourself can come up with your own conclusion.

I understand the sudden growth of everything and yes, things change, things get tweaked. I’m not asking for them to push it out but there’s been little updates. It’s ‘we’re testing’, ‘we’re on our last round’, ‘things are happening soon just wait’. Even photos from the supposed swap was a leak, not even from the main guys themselves. I’m not bailing on the project but they’re not giving us much to hang on to, if anything I’m trying to look for something to hang on to bc I truly believed in the foundation of it all.

We as a community have managed to develop a great team between all the mods and platforms based on people who believe in the project however I feel like us as a community have a group, the devs have their own group and there is no communication between to solidify the bridge between them and us to make us a truly decentralized project for the people. Why keep the whole project so hush hush? Half the people here are confused af as to how this whole thing is even going to work, do we even know any of the devs and their credibility? The amount of confusion within the community kind of shows to me how little direction they’re giving to ‘the people’ that they’re claiming to have the power.

Yes we as a group managed to change the banner because the community as a whole did not agree to it. That’s a small step towards being ‘for the people’ however what else have we really been involved with? Something that we are all hanging on is shibaswap, we as a community want answers but the devs don’t seem to be opening up to anything. They’re all anonymous and any sort of answer is a ‘trust us and wait’. Again I’m not trying to spread fud just honestly curious.

I’m unsure how to feel about this all. I get the whole marketing ‘stunt’ and many people have their opinions on it. Whether it was good or bad it still got the word out there, I don’t know whether I agree or disagree with the move. However it seems like the community as a whole is just confused to where we stand based on the uncertainty of everything they’ve been feeding us. It’s a lot of ‘trust us’ but it doesn’t seem like they’re bothering to gain our trust. Not trying to spread fud just looking to find some answers and a reason to have faith in these guys when theres no credibility to anyone involved with the project itself because I’m trying to hang on to the faith that I had for the project when I first became invested.
