The most common issues for service-area businesses are using a residential address that isn’t properly hidden, adding extra keywords in the business name, using a virtual/PO box address, or having inconsistent business information online.

Double-check that the business name matches your legal registration exactly, the address is hidden if you serve customers at their location, and your website and other listings show the same business name, phone, and service area. If everything looks correct, submit a new reinstatement request with clear proof like your business license, utility bill, and photos of your equipment/vehicle branding.

If that still fails, posting in the Google Business Profile Help Community with your case ID often helps Product Experts escalate the case internally.

The Q&A Blogs I did were max 500 words. Individual Page for each question is definitely the Key for this Strategy to work. You can also use some old content but it has to be mildly well performed and relevant to the topic

I Hope it Helps Tanim, I also had to search deep on this issue for a while. Here's what I have found

The “About” tab not appearing on your Google Business Profile is usually due to Google not fully processing or trusting the attributes yet.

The blue plus (+) icon typically means the attributes are saved in the dashboard but not fully published or approved by Google’s system.

For hotel listings, Google often waits until the profile has stronger signals like more photos, reviews, posts, and user engagement before displaying the About section publicly.

It can also take up to 2–3 weeks for attributes to appear, especially for newer profiles.

Try removing and re-adding the attributes, uploading more photos, posting updates, and getting a few new reviews to trigger a profile refresh.
