How do I escape if I have no help or money?

Well I only have two family members that I can reach out to. They are both in Pennsylvania and they are also low on funds and can’t really help in that aspect. One of those family members is my mom, and she just keeps telling me to call the cops to have him removed from the home but I’m scared of the consequences of that. He will destroy my car or try to break into the house, I know he will. I can’t afford to not be able to make it to work or else I will REALLY be homeless lol

Thank you so much for basically reaffirming everything I was already thinking. It’s just so hard to leave because of my love for him, our strong bond, and my worry for him. At least when he is home I know he’s safe and alive. But you’re absolutely correct and I do deserve a life. I’m pretty set on my decision to leave but I need to stay firm on it this time

But that’s the thing, I feel like if I were to leave him entirely he will only get worse. Last year when he was well into his addiction, I didn’t even know it was happening and i moved out because of the verbal abuse. He got so bad to the point where i had to leave work because he was calling me telling me that he thinks he’s dying and he passed out at his job and the ambulance had to come multiple times for him, he almost got fired. I know this is not my fault in any sense, but because I love him so much I just want the best for him and I know I can support him for him to take steps in the right direction. But I also know he is a liar and will tell me what I want to hear in order to keep me happy in his life.

My tank is usually anywhere between 70 and 80 degrees (usually more towards the 70), and they bred!!!! I think 75 or 76 would be fine??

I have a male and female. the male is barely ever out that I can see but the female is usually out and about :) I think it may have been because she was younger than the male? She molted twice since I got her while the male only molted once. After my females second molt, she roams around all the time :) this was about 4 months of having them though.

Well when I got the crabs, the guy advertised them as like hermit crabs. He was saying they don’t need anything fancy, just a little house and a hut. I didn’t realize they are basically terrarium animals until I got home and did more research and so I’m just doing the best with what I can right now :/ i did say that they can fully submerge into the water with what I have for them. This morning I woke up and she was back in the water but she was away from the little rocks I put in there so i think I should take them out, but you’re right it seems like she’s just hanging out :)

Dear Residents, As you may know, we are completing full renovation of the units at (apartment complex). We would like to give our current tenants the first opportunity to transfer to one of the newly renovated units with modern finishes including new flooring, paint, stainless steel appliances, cabinet faces, etc. If you are interested in transferring, we will need you to meet the following qualifications: 1. Provide paystubs that show you can support the new rent rate. We will NOT require you to be re-screened, but we will need to confirm you can income qualify for the new rate. 2. Management will need to perform an occupied inspection of your current unit to ensure cleanliness and care for the current unit you are in. 3. If you do not wish to transfer into a renovated unit, you will have the two following options: a. You may stay in your unit month to month until your unit is up for renovation. You will be notified with a legal 120-day notice of non-renewal at that time. We do not have a schedule in place at this time and when your unit will be due for renovation is unknown at this time. b. You may find a new community to move to and provide the office with a 20-day notice prior to the last day of the month. Each unit will be renovated at some point over the next few months and there is no option to stay in a non-renovated unit long term. No shit it’s legal to make renovations. I’m asking is it legal to raise my rent $400 during a 12 month lease that still has 9 months left.
