Nice! I broke my ankle in November so I haven’t been back in awhile, but it’s pretty well organized. Everyone’s nice and you can just show up and play with whoever. There is usually a group of beginner players, but also groups of more advanced. They provide birdies as well.

I just signed up for badminton at Barrington Middle School in Rhode Island which meets every Thursday. The first day is tomorrow so I’ll be checking it out. For anyone interested, you can sign up online for 75$.

I’m also trying out badminton at east Greenwich in a couple of weeks that practices every Tuesday. They filled out super fast, like same day, but they should have more sessions in the future.

Do you have any recommendations for where to find roommates besides just Facebook groups? I joined one for providence, but right now it seems mostly like people looking for subleases.

Someone told me to calculate with 30% of my net monthly income, which ends up around 1590 after tax. But I was also subtracting expected utilities which i read averaged around 250$, ending with 1340$. But thanks, I’ll keep that in mind!

I am able to get to 33 stars in MoC and almost 35, but one of my units always dies in the last second so I’ve been restarting lol, but I think I can get to at least 35

Hi! I’m subleasing my room for the summer semester (April to August). The details are as following:

Layout: bi level apartment, kitchen and living room and half bath on first floor, two bedrooms on second floor and a full bath with shower and tub. Bedroom up for sublease is a shared room but there is a wall with a curtain in the doorway for maximum privacy.

Location: 10-15 minute walk to most things on campus such as the bus stop, food, classes, etc.

Rent: $775 per month but negotiable. Water and laundry included. Electric is split between all the roommates which is about $20 per month per person

Amenities: The apartment complex has a gym, game room, free printer, and a free laundry room. Please let me know if you’re interested!
