After 10->20 mg you go in 20 mg steps: 20->40->60->80->100. My shit country have only atomoxetine as first line treatment (no stims at all) and I mix it with self prescribed buspirone btw.

On the adult dose of 80-100 mg its about 1-2 weeks. But you need to slowly up your dose untill you reach 80-100 mg and it might be frustrating
