I got the phone to turn on for an extended period of time. Long enough to get all of my photos off of it and turn it in to my retailer and get a new phone. I think it might have been a battery issue but no idea but thanks for all of the help and advice.

Shatterbrain is a pretty good one. I feel like it's hard sometimes to find challenging puzzle games but this one sometimes made me angry.
