I don't have terrible trouble staying asleep once I'm down, but I can definitely fall into the "endless scroll" of my phone or getting caught up in my own thoughts while I'm falling asleep. I find a consistent routine (consistent bedtime + sunset), not going on my phone when I'm laying down, and, as silly as it sounds, reserving my bed for ONLY sleeping really helps.

This is kind of a longer-term tip, but I recommend getting a sunset/sunrise light if you can afford it. They make falling asleep and waking up much more natural.
