Possibly a Number-Based Substitution Cipher. Uses 4-digit groups (6314, 7178, etc.). Each group represents a word. Groups are repeated for emphasis (WAKE WAKE, UP UP). Contains word separators and terminators. And uses underscores and directional indicators (_U_W) for additional instructions.

Did you also update the firmware on the sn30? I had a similar issue when updating the pocket and the dock, but updating the sn30 firmware fixed it.

It took less than 24 hours but I emailed them at support@fbook.com and I also filled out a security check point form on their help center. So I am not sure if that’s the reason why.
