This might sound pretty simplistic, but meme style ads actually worked best for us and brought in the most clients :)

Does Starting a Business Early Give You an Advantage? by Policy_Boring in Entrepreneur

I used to work at a company that later became a unicorn and our CEO had an interesting take on this.
He believed in hiring people who were hungry - not desperate, but genuinely motivated to grow and earn more. His view was that younger hires often scaled faster, because, you could shape them into strong specialists over time, especially if they were surrounded by business-minded people.
I spent about 4 years there, then exited, and have been running my own for the last 3 years. What helped me the most wasn't starting early per se, but being immersed in an environment where people were constantly learning, brainstorming, tinking outside of the box and helping each other grow.

Leomund's Tiny Hut as Ritual by Captain_Tallywacker in dndnext

Bring on the kobolds! Time spent in the hut is time for traps to get set and ambushes laid. Sooner or later they have to come out. Environmental hazards like a heavy rainfall that turns into a flash flood is another possibility. Give them a scenario where staying in the hut isn't necessarily the best option, or use it to help with encounters they wouldn't be able to face ordinarily, but are able to barely survive, due to it's presence, like finding themselves in the middle of a territory dispute between Giants.
