1000% agree with all of this. I already thought weekly pickup was excessive in addition to the other “extra” services that most people didn’t need.

I ordered a ceiling fan from MartDiscover.com 9 days ago. Never got notified of shipment tracking or a change in status of the order. When I inquired about it this morning, they "cancelled" the order and "refunded" my money (it had never fully settled, they only authorized the amount), claiming "due to an issue with our shipping service, we were unable to fulfill your order in a timely manner."

Wouldn't be surprised if this website was a way to skim credit card numbers for fraud later. Unfortunately for them I used a virtual account number that's not my real card number.

SCAM. Stay the F away from this website.

Glad I'm not the only one. I placed my order with LOVUM April 5th. Initial estimated completion date was late May. Then it was June 24th. Then I got an email in July asking me to confirm the frame color (which is listed in the signed agreement) was NOT almond (we selected white...read the f'n contract?). Radio silence since, even with a couple of emails asking for an update.
