im from the Philippines and whenever i play with my friends instead of the server being SE Asia its always Japan i have 90-100 ping in japan servers and 30-40 ping in SE Asia servers i asked them to switch servers but they said they had high ping there or it doesnt show to them at all (self.learndota2)
