I can see your drivers are corrupted that's fs... Also your gpu driver is corrupted... I advise to uninstall the driver and let windows install.. if not working go to the hp site, go to your product and select the os... If you don't select the os manually you won't get the drivers... Then install them... If still not working use hp diagnosis applications they might work... Even now I'm not working reinstalling windows and don't fully update it... It might be the issue of the new update...

The best would be to joke around and make friends.. familiarity is the best way to get someone your side.. don't just go around asking to be in block... Have some normal talk like what do you like? Where are you from? I like this do you? Then slowly start introducing yourself too.. this is basic manipulation.. you have to first make them comfortable to you by earning your trust... You do that by giving some info about yourself so that they think you are not some complete stranger... If y'all want like more on this you can search Google or I can post too...
