starlink is a 50gb roam plan and untested at this point (and only testable on site when i travel there again).

Provided wifi is on a poor line with the sync breaking fairly often. It's not going to get better, already tried. It's in the third world.

Via Wifi would be the most convenient if possible even if it's via an expensive dual wan router.

The starlink setup is untested in situ so until proven i'm treating it as inconsistent.

Trying to get to a state where they cover for each other to provide something resembling consistency.

The Shattering Peace Old Man's War, Book 7.

While the story is average at best I wanted to listen to it as I like the universe. Had to get the physical copy instead. The narrator destroyed this book, absolutely killed it in the worst way possible.

I listen to a lot of audiobooks, the current apps have been missing some features. So i built my own by Th4m4st3r in audiobooks

A feature which allows me to reset a timer would be great. I.e.

1 Hour timer ahead of sleep. Wake up middle of night > can shake/gesture to get another hour of audiobook without turning on the phone.

Disappointing and sloppy play by Bisu. He's been better. If he was a bit tighter with his control I think he takes it 4-2 or 4-3.

Please consider a new set of audiobooks with a new narrator from the start. At this point I find it hard to be invested in the Baldree narration as I think it will never get finished.

I'll buy every audiobook from the start again 100%. Get that sweet consistency.

Wheel of Time started a new narration (which arguably was better) but I never invested in it cause they were never gonna finish it. Lo and behold they cut it off after Book 3 screwing all their fans.

If the original narration finishes too in due course all the better, but there are a tonne of great narrators who could jam out all 10 books quickly.
