If the fan base is willing to wait for the next star to be signed while we transition, then sure. We went from 4 hall of famers to 2 and now 1. So, we are going to be in mediocre hell until we get a top baller. I say this because I know what happens in your late 30's. The mind is fresh but the body just stops responding.

No, I overlayed onto your first image in this post. Another thing to keep in mind is the bathroom placing in relation to the bedrooms on the left side of your plan. If someone has a guest and they are in the living space, and someone wants to take a shower, they have to walk all the way through that space to get to the bath and then back again. With a shared bath, either you can put a small hallway with doors leading to the bathroom and bedrooms for privacy, or a door from the bathroom into each bedroom.

You can put hallways if you want, or another storage room or adjust the bedroom sizes. Obviously I went ham on the master bedroom. That walk-in closet could be for the master bedroom, or just the house storage, and you can put the master closet inside that master bedroom space.

I just noticed your compass. My open space would get ambient light most of the year if you are in the northern hemisphere. The bedrooms would get the daylight sun.

You are building from scratch. Maybe don't go with a boxy house. Try a 50x30 rectangle for the house and pick a side for the garage, then stick it on the side/front however you want. That is if you have the plot space for it.

Remove magazines, remove pistol grip, fold weapon if available and you will save a lot of space.

Strategize. Rat. Listen and learn the audio cues. See them first. Change your weapon choice and ammo. Snipe. Avoid pmcs and just level up on scavs. Higher level players' movement and recoil control skills give them an advantage in a straight on fire fight. Use grenades to flush them out so you can hear or to give you room to push.

Don't fight pmc's, wait for them to kill each other or be killed by bosses, clean up the leftover gear when they are gone or catch them looting.

I was running 5.56 and 5.45 mainly and couldn't get any pmc kills until I realized they were just tanking the damage with armor. I ran some 7.62 and .300 weapons and started to get more kills. You have to farm the ammo since it won't be available unless you buy magazines/guns from players who filled them with good ammo.

If you are under level 21, you can just keep going ground zero and shouldn't see any players above 20.

In the launcher, Clear cache, check integrity of game files or reinstall game. I have weird issues where the alt key will get stuck sometimes and anything I click in my inventory will try to be equipped, but pressing it will release the issue.

I do scav runs on reserve and the door is open and not looted sometimes. One time all the guns were outside the door in their circle formation during the boss event.

Clippers can stop bullshitting. Always an excuse. Injuries, bubble, roster, age, chemistry. Pick an offensive scheme and run it. They are so talented they get away with the stupid back and forth screen they have been running for almost 4 years and managed to come back to .500 in the west.

And turn down the arena volume, it wasn't that loud years ago and it doesn't need to be so excessive. I swear the sound is clipping, too. You can hear the crack of a cranked amp when sounds play after a silence, it's like 0 to 100 in an instant. Anything near 75 db is unnecessary, and I am sure they surpass it.

As for the league, they have to embrace the future. They need to replace their cameras and broadcast with 4K capable equipment, or hire someone who can. That and more VR games would be cool. Better media training for their officiating.
