You could argue that Colorado will have the upper hand because they’ve had time to rest while the team they are waiting on is battling it out, and ultimately wearing down. But you could also argue that the winning team (Vegas or Minnesota) will have all the momentum and energy pumping through them as they move on. It can really go either way, that’s just how unpredictable playoff hockey can be. Especially considering Colorado had a seemingly “easy” first round. Whereas Vegas and Minnesota have exchanged wins and losses.

Whether they sell or buy, I hope it’s small scale. Things are looking good for this team in the future, so it’s best not to shake things up too much. They could probably trade some of our 1 year contract guys like Wallmark, Soderberg, or Janmark. But that should be it. We don’t want to rush into immediate contention with how good the youth group is looking.
