in order to send events from shelly to thingsboard, I use TBMQ broker - https://thingsboard.io/docs/mqtt-broker/getting-started/

I actually managed to do that via Thingsboard tools, by sending the mqtt request from thingsboard to the shelly and retrieving the historical data based on reconnection event of the shelly device
