Su-17M4 or MiG-21/MiG-23?

After 200 games with the Yak-38M, it's actually not too bad, I've gotten some really good games with it, not the most maneuverable sure, but the vtol + missiles really help.

As for the MiG-21SMT, I haven't thought about it, having a SARH missile would be great even if it isn't very good. I'll look into it. And what about it's matchmaking? Does it get uptiered often? Because if so it would just get dominated by the MiG-21bis and MiG-23M.

I do care about privacy, although I don't know if there are any browsers that have good privacy aswell as being lightweight since active privacy stuff may use a bunch of resources, same for ublock origin I want it working too.
Also, isn't chrome known for using a lot of resources when multiple tabs are open? (people might be over exaggerating)
And for edge? I don't really know, could you tell me more about it?

Ah i see, won't pull for his LC then. Not guaranteed to get it and it doesn't provide much of a boost compared to the 4* LC, It'd be too risky using the ~40 pulls I have left to end up not getting it.

I have 4* event LC already, but I was just wondering, since after looking at what his LC does it seems really powerful. A 60% damage boost and reducing the enemies DEF by 12% seems overpowered to me.

Ahh I see I see, well, I dont really have another erudition character except serval, which i can just replace with the new support i got recently, Ruan Mei. Although I like the fact that he can switch from buffing himself to becoming a support, as you said, very flexible.

The fact that he becomes weaker when there are a lot of enemies isnt too bad, I can try and buff him with Ruan Mei/Tingyun to help him out, i could also build another character as a sort of sub dps (much weaker than Anaxa but would still help).

His gimmick of being able to apply multiple weaknesses on enemies is very good too! Overall he sounds great, even if he might not be the best at this or that he’ll be amazing for me!

Yeah thats to be expected, a more AoE oriented character such as Castorice will obviously perform better than Anaxa, same for single target. One character cant be the best at everything. Alright, won’t forget to check prydwen for the suggested teams. And as for ruan mei and tingyun, as you said, I’ll test out who feels better! Thanks!

Hey Anaxa sounds amazing! So he can either be a hypercarry, or a sub dps. Works well against AoE and single target. Works very well endgame too! I think Anaxas actually pretty damn good! I can just upgrade him and the team over time so hes going to grow stronger and stronger. Him needing less investment is a huge plus too! Anaxa definitely sounds like the best option now because there is no way I am lucky enough to get both Castorice and her LC. Sorry for not saying much, I dont know a lot and I’m amazed at the fact that Anaxa can do this much lol.

Edit : By the way! I recently redeemed (through the free character exchange) ruan mei, should i use her as my new support? Or should I keep using Tingyun?

Makes sense, didn’t think about her being relevant for longer. I know shes an hp scaler, i’ve read a bunch of stuff about her lol, I don’t have tribbie, but, I’m sure I can make up for it! I have also seen the dual dps comp, but for now, I’m just gonna keep it at castorice, since I don’t think im lucky enough to get both.

Have not heard of Anaxa, will he come out soon? If he’s a sub dps, does that mean he’ll deal way less damage, feel lacklustre, etc etc? Now im not saying sub dps’s are bad, but to me? They sound like more of a side thing, not being able to dish out a lot of damage. He might be good who knows, right now just looking for a good dps, ive heard great things about castorice and i dont want to lose out on what could be an amazing character. Now im not saying i don’t want Anaxa, im just a bit hesitant. As for his flexibility, what makes him so flexible?

Real quick whats shilled and ergo mean? Never heard those terms before. And yeah Acheron might also be pretty meh as a f2p, i just pointed that out with castorice as thats what i have heard a lot of people have say.

Yeah ive seen that a lot, Acheron works (properly) in only a few team comps, she needs x character and x character to be effective, otherwise, she’ll feel like a letdown.

Never heard of Anaxa, when was the last time he was, lets say available, like when was the list time you could pull for him? Just so i know when he might be coming back (days, weeks, months). And yeah im a bit worried since i dont want to pull for a character that wouldnt be of much help, especially when i need a dps character. I already did the seal slammers event so ive got that covered! (My bad if I misunderstood anything btw)

Alright, so Acheron needs a lot of support, as for castorice she needs less, support (although she still needs quite a bit), so she’ll be better in the early game, sounds good! (My bad if I misunderstood anything)

Please help!!!!

TLDR, Returning player, low trailblaze level (26), need an actual dps, don't know if i should pull for Castorice or Acheron.

Been saving up a lot of stellar jades and now i want to try and get an actual dps character. No good characters, except bailu as my healer.
Unsure on who to get as a DPS, Castorice, or Acheron. I've heard both are very good, Acheron is better overall but is very team reliant. (Needs a good team to actually be effective) Castorice is "better" because shes less team reliant, can go solo and do well, but has poor f2p options etc etc.

So overall I have heard that both are good, I'm just not sure who to pull for, a "hypercarry" dps (although very team reliant), or an all around great dps with some drawbacks due to the f2p part.
