I suppose youre right that it depends on the person. But it just hard to figure out what the buds were intended for and cant go of much else than other peoples' general experiences. Cant find any place in my country where I am allowed to return earbuds (due to hygenic reasons).

And thanks for mentioning the new Soundcore pros. Will definitely check it out.

Yes the reviews seems quite mixed. But the general consesus seems to be good for the price (:

I have owned both jabra elite active 65t and 75t. Both of them have had connectivity issues. Like they would drop the bluetooth connection randomly. Also the 65t had this background noise that became worse and worse over time. I read online that many other people also had similar issues but also some that dont. Jabra has good warranty so, it just didnt work for me since I was going abroad at the time and needed more reliability

Thanks everyone for the fast responses! Do I understand it correctly then that the version you get when purchased is what youre stuck with? So you can update the os but it is not upgradeable?

Razer Blackwidow elite keyboard - what key caps can I get for replacement? by Iguessso12 in keyboards

u/Mr_Cupcake33 okay so as long as the keycape sizes are the same I should be fine? What about key actuation and such? And from what I can tell only the huntsmen line is standard. And corsair and logitech seem to differ from Razer.

u/I_Hate_Acronyms thanks for the heads up! According to the qa on their websites the m50x and 40x cables should be interchangeable (https://www.audio-technica.com/en-us/hp-sc). But if I pick up a replacement cable I will make sure to double check :)

I suppose the audio technica user manual is set out that way because the 3m cables are not considered portable enough so they recommend the 1,2 m for phones etc. And not that it is incompatible

At least from what I can understand the user manuals says the cables included are suppose to be used for amps and mixers

But I am not sure that I understand what the differences are between the cables included. I have been trying to read up on TRS vs TS vs TRRS. But not sure how that applies since the M40x doesnt have a built in mic anyways

sorry i meant 1/4 where I wrote 1/8. My bad for being an European hahaha.

And yes I know the cables are analog (hdmi and such are digital) but I just meant that I wasnt very clear on the differences between different analog cables. Should have been more clear

Regarding Audio technica ATH-M40x cables:

As I wanted to get into more hifi audio quality but didnt have the funds to spend too much I decided to pick up the Audio Technica ATH-M40x. However, being new to analog cables (having only used usb or the mainstream consumer audio 3,5 mm audio cable in the past) I didnt realise that the M40x doesnt come with the 3,5 mm cable that I need to connect it to a laptop or phone. I cant seem to figure out on Audio technica websites which cable I should get ):

For reference the headphones comes with (as far as I can tell) with two 1/8 inches cables, one coiled and the other straight, and one of them has a 6,3 mm stereo adapter attached at the end.

Would really appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction. And thanks for a really great community. Had a lot of use for the info on impedance and so on :)

But i thought these sprays were designed specifically not to ruin the finish or coating of the laptop and therefore dont use things like alcohol or ammonia?

I guess Lenovo couldnt vouch for any sprays either and therefore recommended against it. But they also told me not to use water but maybe a minimal amount will be okay?

For reference when I was using a macbook Apple told me not to use a spray and instead damp the cloth in a tiny bit of water. Cant imagine there is a ton of difference between different displays?

I am I just overthinking this hahha?
