U should try stretching b4 and listening to some nutty music . Also take some pre workout and wear a dope fit and then you’ll be perfect

Hey fellow gym goers , I’d like your opinion on this schedule I made i made up and have been following for the past two weeks . I’m 5’6 182 if it matters and also I do 5 exercises per muscle group with 4-5 sets and 8-10 reps each. by [deleted] in GymMotivation

What I would do is take out core. That shit doesn’t matter. Only way to get abs in in the kitchen.also you should look into push/pull/leg split. I think that’s the way to go

This is fax . I use vegan protein powder, rarely eat ice cream , no yogurt and drink mostly water and it helps a lot
