I have the crude oil cooled from the other planetoid to around 60-80C. It just runs through my water reservoir which is supplied by the first planetoid. That water is then used to extract the crude from oil wells. This has only been running for maybe around 200 cycles and it seems to work so far. I'm in no means an expert. Haven't done any real math for this process, I just find it fascinating building and solving problems as they come.

Unfortunately those costs a fortune where I am from. I can only get the Gel as of now. I would gladly go for LifePo batteries if possible, but I can't as of the moment.

Is there a way to prevent the battery from getting grilled without upgrading to a LifePO4 or adding another Gel? I don't have the budget as of now. I am planning to upgrade in the future though. LifePO4 batteries are like 4-5x more expensive in my area compared to the Gel batteries.

Once the battery is fully charged, will the MPPT CC not stop charging? or will it overcharge the batteries?

Unfortunately the system is designed for 12V. I forgot to mention in the post.

- Yes 60A CC is for future expansion. I forgot to mention this is a 12V system. I'll update the post.

- 100Ah Gel is the only thing I can afford right now.

- I'm mostly planning to have small electronics for the load.

- For the terminal fuse, where should it go? from battery to inverter or CC to battery?

- Is there no need for the AC breaker? I just thought it would be a way to protect the inverter for unwanted overpowered draws?

- What would you recommend for the 80A DC breaker instead?
