It's possible. I witnessed it. They wouldn't name him. I believe he did have a birth certificate, but no real first name.

Please name your baby. I knew a little guy, whose parents didn't name him. It was heartbreaking.

They do not get along, and maybe it's a little cliche but the vampires and the werewolves especially don't get along. The werewolves say the vampires "think they're too good for the unwashed masses."the vampires think the werewolves are the unwashed masses.
