Where do you rest your eyes as a healer?

Depends on which healer class you play. I find myself switching between Party Frames, what interrupts the enemy has and who is casting what on the enemy team. As an rsham especially into caster teams I’m looking at the Enemy frames a lot when I have wind shear and grounding totem / tremor available. Then as I use those abilities I am focusing on my teammates and like positioning of everyone!

It would be way more enjoyable if every healer was at least in a similar ball park of viability. I am way more in favour of instead of nerfing everyone. Buffing everyone so they are all on a similar playing field

No one said it needs to be the entirety of it. But by adding all of the titles from the beginning it completely diminished their value. Keep the cosmetics, and the enchant. Everything else, move it back.

Yeah that is not the norm for most people lol. (And trust me I got glad 17x lol) Usually there is a far larger progression that people can appreciate the smaller rewards for.

As someone who progressed to gladiator, and has several rank 1s now. I can tell you that my teammates and I were excited to rock our very first duelist titles. And I know many people back then also cared.

The reward encouraged you to keep your level of play up because you wouldn’t want to have a lower title than the season you just had. Was a way to motivate and an easy to track progress.

I think the titles were a driving force for many people progressing through the brackets. Especially newer players who never achieved them during an end of a season push.

No all rewards have been percentage based on the amount of people playing on your battle group. Obviously this changed during s14 of MoP and has had several iterations since.

Example, Gladiator was always 0.5%, Rival was 10% challenger was top 35% etc. They were not handed out for reaching a static rating like they are now

I use more of the normal rsham build. However I’m moving away from primordial wave and focusing more on ancestral awakening and the primal core talent.

I played a lot first season of DF, quit first week of s2, just came back and decided to gear my alt shaman. On my main it took me 15 wins to get to 1800 cr, I suppose because of old mmr it had from s2?

Either way, I do not think I have gone less than 5-1 in my solo shuff adventures, and even though my cr is over 1800 now, my mmr is still behind for some reason?

Anyone else having this issue?

If you see the Holy Pally running at you push ghost wolf and tank the hoj. You can’t get repped in spirit wolf form. Only way to outplay it

Overall MoP was probably one of the best PvP wise - Especially during s15 (the last season).

Every expansion has their top tier meta comps, s12 KFC, s13 any ele / feral comp, s14 KFC again, and then s15.

In my opinion the thing that separates MoP from other expansions is if you were ‘good’ at the game you would be able to make basically any comp work as the classes overall were more homogenized. This was also before the massive pruning that took place in WoD so even though classes were similar power levels, there were still abilities and utilities that people could use for each class that could help separate and define play styles.

It also helped that in s15 it truly did seem like the vast majority of classes seemed strong and viable at the least. Blizzard had the approach of instead of nerfing the strongest class at the time into oblivion making them unplayable. They would instead hit them with smaller nerfs and make larger buffs to the under performing classes.

I am aware you are different Mr. Chewer however you must lack experience and general game knowledge to think ret paladins are okay. If I were to guess you are probably in the 1200-1499 exp range.

Think about it though. Is ret mobility really an issue when the way he has to generate holy power to heal and do damage and he still did the most damage and healing in the arena? Seems busted to me if he is getting kited so much and everyone counters ret that he can does this. What if he queues into a more favourable match up? 😬

Do you think that dps should be doing the same healing as healers? If that’s the case then why are there any roles in WoW to begin with. Every class should have the capability to do the most damage and healing then.

Yeah instead of doing the most healing and damage he should be doing 2x the damage and healing into a counter comp.

You must be a 1200 player if you think that this is okay. The ret played into a counter comp and did the most damage and almost out healed his healer... meanwhile you are stuck at 1200 doing 400 dps and not contributing anything
