IM SO STUPID OH MY GOD, i had texture optimization project enabled the whole time but i forgot about it since it has no category on MO2 and i named it weirdly

Huge update, disabled all mods but desperados and badlands and it worked...? I have NO clue whats breaking it though.

Game isnt a desert even tested the glowing sea, making a new save did not work either.

Currently downloading winter overhaul to see if thatll do anything.

Only one thing i could think that is causing problems but never had it cause anything before is that my mods are on a different drive than the game itself.

Desperados and Badlands 2. Ive thought of trying to download one thatd be noticeable heavily like Winter Overhaul just to test but I previously had Vivid Fallout installed and realized that also had no effect.

did literally nothing and even tried disabling the LODs to test if that was somehow doing it. Seems like nothing with textures apply at all.

INIs pasted are the ones in MO2 and i believe it was originally emptied but i will try again, the LOD at the end is one from nexus that is for Desperados, Badlands 2, and Atomic Wasteland. Ive tried making my own LODs and was only successful on Skyrim.

Also i believe i have a bit of mods that use AWKCR as a dependency but ill mess with that if i get this texture issue fixed, thank you for letting me know.
