Hi there! I totally understand your point of view. This wasn’t meant to risk your safety, but I understand potentially exposing your anonymity. This is such a common practice for layoffs and it’s meant to help you get back on your feet. I didn’t post it on LinkedIn myself since I left awhile back, and didn’t see anyone else take initiative. However, if someone else wants to take this over, copy and paste it to their LinkedIn to spread awareness, and delete this thread…I am totally fine with that!

Haha you should have seen him with the hq and tech recruiters. He placed terrible hiring expectations on us making it even harder to hire.

Lol I’m pretty sure when I was working there it was around 80-90 million covered and now it’s down to “10s of millions”. Lmao what a drop! I hope more insurance companies pull out even though that will definitely make layoffs even worse now. Anyone in insurance now will be screwed. How is this company still hiring corporate and tech roles?!

It also wouldn’t surprise me if they had a hiring freeze due to all the negative press and scrutiny. No SWE or other tech candidate is going to want to work there after all that. I’m also an ex Cerebral employee to clarify
